Job Description:
Customer Support Executive:
- Work within the WebChat team to provide online technical support to Eircom Broadband / TV / Telephone Customer
 - Should be Flexible to take inbound calls when requested
 - Deal with wide range of queries from email password resets to diagnosing faults on Fibre, eVision, NGA & Telephone Lines
 - Analyzing trends and reporting of suspected outages to management
 - Publish chat reports and analyze productivity trends within tech support chat operations
 - Identify and recommend operational and technological tools to improve efficiency
 - Establish and maintain effective work procedures
 - Review and ensure processes are in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
 - Respond to escalated issues regarding performance and quality.
 - Coordinate, participate, and/or manage multiple projects assigned by senior management, providing input on operations related matters.
 
- Work within the WebChat team to provide online Support to Store agents for Mobile and Fixed queries
 - Trouble shooting queries and issues from direct and franchised stores around bundles/offers and discounts
 - Management of Web Chat and Email queries form stores and Quad play customers in OOH
 - Maintain a high level of quality and professional service to all contacts in both written and chat environment
 
- High level of written English and also Com skills.
 - Applicants need to be proficient at typing, with an above average words per minute typing speed
 - Relevant Experience only would be considered.
